Frank Bonincontro is the owner of Blairsville Fleatique. As a graduate from the college of Business at IUP, Frank has over 20 years of entrepreneurship in a couple of businesses. He was the owner of Pittsburgh Sports Cards in Monroeville and Harrison City, PA for over 15 years.

In addition to retail ownership, he also was co-owner of Bullseye Mortgage for 4 years. He was highly successful in both businesses and brings his experience to his new endeavor...Blairsville Fleatique!
